Issue 1 of The Unmooring

The January 2021 issue of The Unmooring is available now. Some of the many pleasures to be found include essays from Kate Boyd, Caroline C. Henne, Nyasha Bhobo and Audrey Simago, alongside brilliant artwork from our cover artist R. Sawan White, as well as incredibly talented artists Karla Adolphe, Arlene Salazar, Meagan Stirling, and Christy Phelps. The new issue also offers wonderful new liturgy and prayer from Lana Phillips, Wendy Janzen, and Nancy DePew.

We've included in this issue brief profiles of our editors in a section called "Beneath the Surface" and we hope to feature interviews and excerpts from contributors in this section in the future, to help color in the diverse stories of faith behind the each issue.

Part of our vision is to create a forum to discuss the content in our issues, the theology and beliefs and current events that are impacting Christian women all over the world. Please join us on our social media and share your reactions, questions, and thoughts!
